Become a HERitage Member
HERitage Giving Fund is a Black womxn’s giving circle, fiscally sponsored by, Moore Impact. Members of the giving circle make an annual tax-deductible contribution to support collective grantmaking and pay a nominal fee for general operating. We raise money and award it together – channeling more resources into our communities, while elevating the visibility of Black womxn and girls as change agents, philanthropists and change agents.
For the remainder of 2025, Black womxn from throughout the North Texas community are invited to partner with HERitage Giving Fund for greater impact. NOW is your chance to experience the power of this collective giving movement, build meaningful relationships, learn about issues and opportunities impacting our communities, and grow your leadership.
For membership, April 2025 through December 2025, you simply need to:
COMMIT: Submit a 2025 Membership Application and Pledge Form
SUPPORT: Pay the 2025 membership fee of $100*
CONTRIBUTE: Make or pledge a donation of personal significance by the end of 2025 to support HERitage’s grantmaking. Contributions can be split as monthly payments through November.

**Annual membership commitments ($500, $1,000, and $2,500) will become effective February 19, 2025. Existing members will have the opportunity to renew their commitments at the end of each year.
How Else May I Support?
If membership is not an option at this time or you consider yourself to be an ally (non-Black or male identifying), we still invite you to partner with our collective giving movement to pool our resources together for collective impact throughout North Texas.
Donate towards the fund and receive recognition as a ‘friend’ of HERitage Giving Fund. Together, we create a ripple effect that is felt across diverse communities and inspire future generations to share their time, talent, treasures, testimony, ties and truths, for lasting change and impact.
